Houston 911 operator Crenshanda Williams has been charged with interference with emergency telephone calls. Investigators began looking into her after noticing that she had thousands of calls lasting less than 20 seconds. She reportedly told them that she often hangs up on callers when she doesn’t feel like talking to anyone.
