Trump recently posted a photo of daughter Ivanka hanging out in Croatia with Wendi Deng, the rumored girlfriend of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
To the extent Trump is hoping to distance himself from Putin we might suggest this is not the best way to go about it.

For the record, Deng and Putin have not been photographed together and neither has confirmed a relationship.
That said, back in April, Wendi was seen frolicking in St. Barts on the $400mm yacht of Russian oligarch and close personal friend of Putin, Roman Abramovich.
But perhaps Wendi is best known for “defending her man” per the following video where she “handles” an attack on ex-husband Rupert Murdoch.
