     slipped a note into last
    week’s Federal Register asserting its right to “garnish non-Federal
    wages to collect delinquent non-tax debts owed the United States
    without first obtaining a court order.” Oh, is that all?
  • Afghan presidential candidate Abdullah
    Abdullah told supporters
     Tuesday that he needs more time
    to decide whether to declare his own government after the Afghan
    Independent Election Commission released preliminary results
    showing him more than a million votes behind his rival.
