this morning, ISIS fighters captured the northern Iraqi city of Tal
Afar. Meanwhile, Iran has reportedly
sent troops to Iraq to help the government stem the insurgency.
In Baghdad, the U.S. is
evacuating staff from its embassy and strengthening
defenses.
