Definitely not the sexiest PWO meal I’ve ever had, but I didn’t get in enough veggies earlier today, so I opted to load up on more broccoli and cauliflower and reduce my carbs. Had a great workout, though. I hate training late, but managed to get in some high volume shoulder action, along with a killer circuit. #crushedit
