Brickbat: Talking About the Car Wash

In California, Lincoln High
School cheerleaders had planned to hold a car
wash fundraiser until the San Jose Environmental Services
Department stepped in. City officials say all such car washes
violate water discharge laws, which bar anything other than
rainwater from flowing into storm drains.
