Video
games can’t really be classified as an odd little subculture in
America anymore. They’re as big a form of recreation and
entertainment as anything available now, and after four decades,
video games have proven they’re here to stay. Working with data
from the two most-recent Reason-Rupe polls, Emily Ekins and Scott
Shackford find that if there’s any one trend to take away from data
it’s that gamers don’t like to be told what to do with their lives.
That’s pretty libertarian.
