Stormy Daniels was arrested in a Columbus, Ohio strip club during her “Make America Horny Again” tour for allowing a customer to touch her on stage, according to her attorney Michael Avenatti. According to Daniels’s Instagram account, she was scheduled to perform and the Sirens club in Columbus, Ohio.
Following the arrest Avenatti sprung into action, firing off a string of tweets: “Just rcvd word that my client @StormyDaniels was arrested in Columbus Ohio whole performing the same act she has performed across the nation at nearly a hundred strip clubs,” adding “This was a setup & politically motivated.”
“She was arrested for allegedly allowing a customer to touch her while on stage in a non sexual manner!” he then tweeted.
Just rcvd word that my client @StormyDaniels was arrested in Columbus Ohio whole performing the same act she has performed across the nation at nearly a hundred strip clubs. This was a setup & politically motivated. It reeks of desperation. We will fight all bogus charges. #Basta

She was arrested for allegedly allowing a customer to touch her while on stage in a non sexual manner! Are you kidding me? They are devoting law enforcement resources to sting operations for this? There has to be higher priorities!!! #SetUp #Basta

We expect her to be released on bail shortly. We also expect that she will be charged with a misdemeanor for allowing “touching.” We will vehemently contest all charges. #Basta

Daniels was arrested under an Ohio law known as the Community Defense Act, which prohibits anyone from touching a nude or semi-nude dancer, unless they are related.
Apparently in part of her act she takes a customer on stage or something. During that, she touched them or they touched her, but nonsexually… however, in Ohio strippers can’t touch anyone who isn’t a relative when they are nude or semi nude. https://t.co/WNHA59w87k

Specifically, the act “prohibits an employee who regularly appears nude or seminude on the premises of a sexually oriented business, while on the premises and while nude or seminude, from knowingly touching a patron who is not a member of the employee’s immediate family… …or allowing a patron who is not a member of the employee’s immediate family or another employee who is not a member of the employee’s immediate family to touch the employee or employee’s clothing. “
Some “touches” face more serious penalties. Touching a dancer’s genitals, buttocks or the “female breast below a point immediately above the top of the areola” is a first-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. A second offense is a fourth-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a $250 fine. -Dispatch.com
While Avenatti claims this is politically motivated, perhaps the bigger question is why Ohio won’t let a random person touch a stripper, while anyone related to the same stripper can go to town? Perhaps Stormy should have skipped Ohio and flown down to see those migrant children she promised to visit at the border, which she somehow hasn’t found the time to do despite performing less than three miles away last week.
In case you were wondering what Stormy feels like, Amanda Whiting of the Washingtonian detailed her experience of Stormy’s breasts in great detail this week.
Feeling Stormy Daniels’s breasts against your cheek is like diving head first into a velveteen ball pit. Her breasts are the perfect ratio of soft to firm. When I tell Stormy Daniels about how soft her own breasts feel, in a shout over “Material Girl”, she says “thank you” in a miraculously audible exhale and pillows her lips into a kiss on my right temple. I give her my last $7 and recede into the blue-black shadows.
When I hesitate, Stormy takes over, laying my face against her breast, which feels like bouncing into the wall of a marshmallow moonbounce. She whispers in my ear. She kisses me good night. She lets me give her my money. –Washingtonian
