Washington Examiner columnist Tim Carney will come on to talk
about the crony-capitalism implications of the administration’s new
Environmental Protection Agency regulations on carbon. Brian
Wise from the United States Consumer Coalition will discuss the
allegedly politicized law enforcement behind Operation
Choke Point. And the co-hosts will ponder the legality of
President Obama’s prisoner-swap.
