Fed Chair Powell simply has to tip-toe his way through the following six topics and all will be well:

• Recovery? Optimistic but need more fiscal folly… but not optimistic enough to consider considering any policy action

• Rates? Surging for the ‘right reason’… we’re ignoring fact that we should be trying to keep funding costs low

• Inflation? Transitory and we’ll ignore… unless it gets out of hand fast.

• Taper? Too soon, transitory, nope, no bubbles here.

• SLR? Umm, Err, political, umm, err, FDIC, umm, err, discussing.

• Dot-Plot? Market’s wrong, BTFD
